Abstract
The paper discusses the genetic character and diagnostic characteristic of the soil derived from carbonate rock based on physical and chemical properties of 9 soil profiles according to Chinese Soil Taxonomy,and analyzes the effect of different soil environment on the soil development briefly.The soil types of 9 soil profiles were classficated into Isohumosols,Cambosols,Anthrosols and Ferrosols.
