Abstract
An analysis method based on GC-ECD was developed to determine 30 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in tea.Sample was extracted with acetonitrile and the extract was further purified through an Envi-carb+NH2 SPE column. Then, the extract was separated by capillary column Rxi-5ms(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm).30 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues were well separated within 18 min.The linear ranges of the determination were 0.02-0.50 mg/L,the detection limits(3S/N) of this method were 0.0001-0.002 mg/kg and the recoveries ranged from 90.6 %-119.9 % with RSD(n=3) of 0.3 %-5.9 %.This method is suitable for the detection of organochlorine and tyrethrin pesticides multi-residues in teas.
