Modification of the Banzhaf-Coleman Index for Games with a Priori Unions

Owen [1977] suggests a modification of the Shapley value “so as to take into account the possibility that some players... may be more likely to act together than others”. We Dresent in this paper a similar modification for the Banzhaf-Coleman power index. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
