Обсуждение последствий вердикта присяжных заседателей: проблемы законодательного регулирования и Судебной практики

The article is devoted to the questions of discussion of the jury verdict’s effect in modern penal trial. The author considers two different ways of discussion of verdict of acquittal and conviction by the jury. In the article there are presented the judicial interpretation problems of legislative intents controlling the discussion of the jury verdict’s effect.
