Abstract
The objective of this study is to explore, through the use of 3D and 4D visualization, the influence of road environment on road safety. Specifically, the research will describe the relationships that exist between road design, environmental factors, and factors that improve road safety. The overall plan is to provide a means, based on information from the road environment, to assess road safety.
