Abstract

The Seakeeping Program (CAT-5) developed for catamarans by MIT's Department of Ocean Engineering has been modified to allow seakeeping computations for SWATH ships. Comparisons of the results of the modified program for catamarans and SWATH ships with published and other theoretical results are included.
