Abstract

Under natural condition,diurnal changes of photosynthetic rate(Pn) and Transpiration rate(Tr) in leaves of Actinidia chinensis were measured using LI-6400 portable photosynthesis (LI-Cor Inc.,USA).The results showed that the curve of diurnal variations of Pn had two peaks,which had an obvious phenomenon of midday decline of photosynthetic efficiency.The mid-depress of Pn was principally caused by non-stomata limited elements.The curve of diurnal variation of Tr had one peak exhibiting the highest value at noon.Correlation analysis among photosynthetic parameters showed that there were significantly positive correlations between Pn and Tr,Pn,Tr and PAR,Pn,Tr and Cond,Tr and Vpdl,Tl(P0.01).However,there were significantly negative correlations(P0.01) between Pn and Ci,Tr and RH.
