Information Systems Based Asset Management Evaluation

As investments in technology for asset management are increasing, evaluation of their benefits is becoming a growing concern for the asset managing organisations. This chapter examines literature to develop an understanding of performance evaluation issues in general and information systems based asset management issues in particular.
