Develop a Business Plan. Phase 1. Information Accumulation and Integration

The overall objective of this project was to develop a business plan for the perpetuation of the F.I.T./AAMTD Center after DLA funding ceases. The process of constructing the business plan was divided into three phases: Information accumulation and integration; Information analysis; and Writing the plan. This report covers only the first phase and details the accumulated data concepts, ideas, etc. that were studied, considered and integrated into a unified format for further analysis. Pending further analysis, no conclusions can be drawn from the collected data other than that there are some extremely difficult obstacles that will have to be surmounted in order to perpetuate the activities of the F.I.T./AAMTD Center in the future.
