This special report provides a series of short articles on rebuilding America's railroad from the perspective of Chairman's, President's and Chief Executive Officers of many of the successful railroad companies from around the world. Some of the topics discussed in the article include public policy, finance, investments, competition, freight transportation, economic growth, public-private partnerships, railroad capacity, trucking, high speed rail, intercity passenger rail, and job creation.
