Abstract
There is a need for every citizen to be mobile, but disabled citizens are handicapped in this respect. There is a need to improve the access to transportation for the disabled, and so facilitate their integration into active life. Transport situations unfavorable to disabled persons are highlighted, and possible solutions to the problem are illustrated.
