Abstract
The utility of the cryogenic high Reynolds number test facility as a production tunnel is evaluated. Aerodynamic performance evaluation, numerical wing design verification, and high Reynolds number theoretical extensions are considered. A priority ranking of NTF uses from an airframe development viewpoint is presented.
