Abstract

This chapter presents a list of declarations/ opinions of judges made/issued by the Permanent Court of International Justice (PCIJ) and International Court of Justice (ICJ). Some of the declarations include Status of Eastern Carelia and Customs Regime between Germany and Austria. The types of opinion are individual (separate) opinion, joint opinion, dissenting opinion and joint dissenting opinion. Some of the dissenting opinions are International Commission of the River Oder and Interpretation of the Statute of the Memel Territory (merits). The book The World Court Reference Guide and Case-Law Digest: Judgments, Advisory Opinions and Orders of the International Court of Justice (2001-2010) and Case-Law Digest (1992-2010) includes case-law digest from 1992 to 2010 and identifies analytical patterns on various procedural judicial and non-judicial matter. It describes the evolution of the history of each of the case and advisory opinions that has been dealt by the ICJ since 2001.
