Abstract
Fruit of Citrus grandis var.Xinduyou were used as material for studying the effects of bagging on storage quality. Results showed the bagging-fruit was not easy to lose water. At the later stage of storage, the content of titratable acid and Vc were higher in bagged fruits than that in unbagged fruit,MDA content in unbagged fruits was higher than that in bagged fruit;the trend of POD's activity was opposite between bagged and unbagged fruit. After 40 days,POD's activity in bagged fruit begain rising and exceeded unbagged's;When harvesting,CAT's activity in bagged was lower than that in the unbagged fruit, but after 80 days, the difference became smaller.
