Abstract

The neutral current neutrino reaction cross section on a {sup 12}C target is obtained for incident neutrino energies from threshold to 100 MeV. The relationship between the neutral current and charged current cases are discussed. A value for the cross section averaged over the Michel spectrum is also obtained.
