SSCP diversity of exon 2 of FSHβ gene in Huanghuai goat.

Abstract
The polymorphism of exon 2 of FSHβ gene was studied by PCR-SSCP method in Huanghuai goat.The results showed that AA,AB and AC genotypes were detected in Huanghuai goats,and frequencies of them were 0.8514,0.1216 and 0.0270,respectively.Sequencing revealed C→T mutations at 47 bp and 147 bp in the AB genotype in comparison to the AA genotype,and C→T mutation at 147 bp and G→A mutation at 156 bp in the AC genotype in comparison to the AA genotype.
