In order for passenger information technology in community and public transit to be effective, multiple technologies must work in concert and with the passenger experience in mind. This article presents the example of the MyRide Passenger Information System and includes a link to an informative video, thus demonstrating some of the options that transit agencies have available to keep their passengers informed.
