Part 2 Heterophoria: evaluation of heterophoria management of heterophoria - basic principles esophoric conditions exophoric conditions hyperphoria orthoptic exercises for heterophoria anisometropia and aniseikonia. Part 3 Squint: sensory changes in squint amblyopia and eccentric fixation suppression and abnormal retinal correspondence microtropia examination of young children evaluation and management of squint. Part 4 Incomitant deviations: investigation of comitancy nystagmus.
