Abstract

This article describes the IVHS (Intelligent Vehicle Highway Systems) Program at the University of Michigan and its focus on predictions on the development of IVHS technologies. Included are discussions of IVHS Delphi forecasts, projections of IVHS categories, and a comparison of the projections.
