Elements of Understanding Communication Technologies

This paper describes the elements of understanding communication technologies, which are an essential component of further development of mankind, their characteristics are presented, and the effects of communication technologies on people, through various forms of media. An effort was made to study the effects of adoption, as well as other aspects of innovative technologies, in order to create acceptable forms and theories about adoption and the effects of communication technology. The society is changing and accepting what the vast majority is accepting as well, and social informing observed through a variety of public communication systems, which have today reached a high level of generality, due primarily to the fact that every person has access to the Internet as a global communications network and communications space. In fact, people can and should communicate with each other, to spread information and knowledge, to be informed about events around the world to expand their cognitive horizons, which is done today by using a variety of communication technologies and media, through joint convergence of technological and media combinations. Today’s social environment is such that the masses will accept whatever is currently topical, regardless of how and necessary it is, and the same happens with information and communication technologies (ITC) that have various good synergy effects, consequences and characteristics.
