Abstract
In the current bridge seismic time history analysis, much attention has been paid to the study of calculation methods and analysis models, while the introduction of seismic waves is always neglected. In this paper, the principles and methods for determining seismic waves to be introduced into, the time history analysis are studied. Three kinds of reasonable methods for determining the seismic waves needed in the analysis are recommended.
