Abstract
The paper introduces an updated, effective, and readily usable technique to meet the need at the earliest possible time -- the need for a more direct and accurate method, particularly for improvement of operational efficiency and safety in the rehabilitation of congested and outmoded freeways. The article presents the primary results in a form to permit immediate application in those areas of major concern.
