Open publisher page 0 citations

Abstract

Methods of bridge deck analysis are described, and a special study is made of curved or Skew bridges comprising box girders. These methods use the following numerical techniques; finite difference method, finite element method, combination of finite difference, finite element and finite strip methods. Calculations and hypotheses for each method are briefly described, and some calculation results presented.
