Abstract
The article discusses the amendments of the existing instructions for design of road feasibility studies. It is based on the analysis of the capacity parameters, i.e. the relationship between traffic flow, road capacity and speed or on a detailed study of traffic safety, driving comfort, traffic congestion and level of service. Road capacity values and average speed at peak hour for two-lane roads and motorways and values concerning traffic safety parameters, driving comfort and traffic congestion have been presented in a tabular form.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
