Abstract
During the past 10 years, TxDOT initiated major efforts to update the data and information used in transportation and environmental planning in the state's urban areas. In response to some of the questions and concerns noted above, these efforts led TxDOT to fund a comprehensive analysis of five urban travel surveys completed during 1990-1991. This analysis resulted in significant revisions to the methodologies and instruments being used in comprehensive travel surveys. This paper documents the results of the preliminary analysis of the recommended revisions to the survey procedures and instruments and the integration of the state's environmental data needs into the revised travel surveys.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
