Introduction - biochemistry of proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans age-related changes of proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans in tissues and organs changes in subcellular and supramolecular structures changes of proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans during in vitro aging changes of proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans in diseases of high age and Werner's Syndrome influences on glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans and pharmacological effects of glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans causes and mechanisms of age-related changes and conclusions from the foregoing (organ-specific) chapters.
