Abstract
Effects of temperature on methyl eugenol concentration in traps were calculated by using group contribution and effects of different bait numbers under certain velocity on the concentration were measured. The results showed that as the temperature decreased within limits, bait numbers in traps were needed to achieve the best attractive concentration,so as to obtain the best attractive effect to Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel).
