Abstract
This paper presents a brief overview of the capacity studies in China, mainly including the methods, models and conclusions on urban expressways, unsignalized intersections, signalized intersections, roundabouts, two-lane and multilane highways, basic freeway segments and ramp-freeway junctions. Finally, the summaries of the whole research condition in China and the future research endeavors are given.
