More than 90 exquisite gardens were photographed all around the United States especially for this book by best-selling Abrams and STC photographer Mick Hales to show how all the areas of gardens were successfully designed by members of the Garden Club of America in a variety of ways. Organized according to parts of the garden - entryways, herbaceous borders, water features, hedges, etc. - the pictures are accompanied by insightful commentaries and extended captions. Quotations from the owners - dedicated gardeners all - offer an additional source of inspiration to any garden lover.
