This is a national compilation of transportation interests, and provides the names, addresses and telephone numbers of national transportation industry associations, corporations, federal government contacts and other experts which are used for information referrals from state policy researchers by the Center for Transportation. The transportation interests are spread in a wide range of functional categories: academia; aerospace; agriculture and timber; air and airports; air freight; corporation associates; economic regulation; energy and mineral movements; foundations hazardous waste movement; highways; highway safety; labor; lobbyists; media; motor vehicles; passenger; pipelines; public transit; railroads; rural transportation; transportation corporations; trucks; trucking; turnpikes; urban transportation; U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. House Members and Staff committees and subcommittees; U.S. Senate committees; and water transportation.
