Abstract
Objective To isolate, culture and detect the biological activity of CD4-CD8-T cells. Methods Immuno-magnetic beads and flow cytometry methods were used to isolate and analyze CD4-CD8-T cells.ELISA method was used to detect the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 secreted by CD4-CD8-T cells. Results The purity of CD4-CD8-T cells was 82.77%,and the content of IFN-γ secreted by CD4-CD8-T cells was 159.28±38.16 pg/ml,but IL-4 secreted by CD4-CD8-T cells was not detected. Conclusion CD4-CD8-T cells could secrete IFN-γ,not IL-4.
