Abstract

The calibration curves for the determination of tin, antimony and lead in tin-lead, lead-antimony, antimony-tin and tin-antimony-lead alloy were obtained. In the cases of tin-antimony and tin-antimony-lead alloy, a background correction method was attempted, and this method was recognized to be more suitable to the rapid analysis than the integrate area method.
