Abstract

A comparative analysis of indicators of SMAD with two combinations of antihypertensive drugs in hypertension II-III degree was held. Combination of enalapril with hydrochlorothiazide and amlodipine significantly lower reduced of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, regardless of time of day. The combination of enalapril with amlodipine more effectively smooths out the size and speed of morning rise in blood pressure, effectively reducing its variability, and restores the daily index, compared with the combination of enalapril + hydrochlorothiazide.
