New Zealand presents a number of investment opportunities for commercial real estate investment by UK and Europe based funds, corporates and individuals. This paper looks at current market trends in NZ commercial property real estate market (including REITS and fractional ownership schemes) investment requirements and the statutory regime taxation regime applying to real estate investment in New Zealand generally
