Abstract

Organizational conflict is a conflict of interest between two or more individuals or groups in order to achieve a specified interest of any of the parties. Conflicts before the mean interaction and dialogue, they are generally present moment of every social order. Conflicts often arise in the workplace between employees. Given that people differ and each person is characterized by its own unique personality, a great opportunity to get to a certain misunderstanding. Within workplaces employees often encounter some difficulties which are mostly related to the different ways of thinking, knowledge, ideas and experience. Existence of conflict is that it should not rank as problematic or as a threat to peace, but forms performance attribute that support violence and injustice, which give too much advantage of certain parties destined for power and unilaterally implement interests and based upon the fact that onlyone side has a "truth" and "right".
