Abstract

THE AUTHOR DESCRIBES THE STATE OF THE ART OF SIGNALIZATION DEVICES IN 1926 WHEN A SECOND INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE DEFINED NEW ROAD SIGNS AND SIGNALS.
