Abstract
This document provides results of an evaluation of four transportation emission reduction measures (TERMs), voluntary transportation demand management (TDM) measures implemented by the Commuter Connections program to support the Washington, DC, metropolitan region's air quality conformity determination. The TERMs were designed to improve regional air quality by reducing single occupancy vehicle use. Specific program evaluation results are included for the Employer Outreach, Guaranteed Ride Home, Integrated Ridesharing, and Metropolitan Telework Resource Center TERMs.
