Abstract
Alcohol and driving do not mix. Drink driving has been identified as the most common cause of road accidents. The changes to Victorian law over the last ten years - the introduction of the 0.05 Limit, random breath testing and stricter enforcement of increased penalties - have helped to reduce the appalling road toll.
