Abstract
The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) is the nation's broadest environmental law. This is the first book to present the critical steps and basic requirements of this important act in a user-friendly format. The authors take the reader through the provisions of NEPA and the environmental review process. This book will help the reader decide of their actions are subject to NEPA; determine if they must prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS); and prepare an EIS that meets the legal requirements.
