Mr. Judycki affirms the Federal Highway Administration's support of integrated traffic management systems (ITMS) and shares his views on where we have been and where we are going in the future with traffic management systems. He discusses the benefits of ITMS, institutional issues, recent FHWA activities related to ITMS, and the intelligent vehicle highway systems (IVHS) program.
