Abstract

Ocean transportation of LNG started in 1959 and as of 1978, 3278 voyages have been completed. Summaries of voyages, LNG-carriers, deliveries and tank systems are given. Principal characteristics of LNG-carriers are noted. Brief descriptions of LNG-terminals complete this paper. Order from NSFI as No. 17849.
