Abstract
The main bridge of Wuhan Baishazhou Bridge is a double pylon, twin cable plane cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 618m. The main span is a composite structure composed of both steel and prestressed concrete box girders. The erection steps, methods and construction control measures and means of the cable-stayed bridge are emphatically dealt with, and operation for closing the side span and main span are presented in details as well.
