Microsurgical anatomy of posterior fossa cranial nerves cranial nerve dysfunction syndromes - pathophysiology of microvascular compression physiology and pathophysiology of posterior fossa cranial nerve dysfunction syndromes - non-microvascular perspective cranial nerve dysfunction syndromes - evidence for microvascular compression operative positioning and perioperative management intra-operative neurophysiologic monitoring of cranial nerves trigeminal neuralgia and other trigeminal dysfunction syndromes hemifacial spasm and other facial nerve dysfunction syndromes evaluation of vestibulocochlear dysfunction syndromes selection of patients and surgical technique for selective microsurgical vestibular nerve-section for intractable meniere's syndrome glossopharyngeal (vagoglossopharyngeal) neuralgia neoplasms and the cranial nerves of the posterior fossa surgical approaches to acoustic neuromas surgical approaches to tumours of the posterior fossa cranial nerves (excluding acoustic neuroma).
