CONCRETE PAVEMENT DESIGN AND REHABILITATION IN CALIFORNIA

This paper is a discussion of the design, performance, and rehabilitation of concrete pavement on the California State Highway System. Current design standards for both new pavement construction and rehabilitation are included. A discussion of the latest design standards for structure approach pave­ment is also included. Specific design guidelines, standards, and specifications for the design of new pavement, structure approach pavement, and pavement rehabilitation are available from the author.
