Abstract

This article briefly describes several National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) projects that are under way to develop products that will help highway agencies measure highway noise, enhance computer analysis of traffic noise impacts, and identify and implement effective means for reducing noise impacts on nearby communities.
