Abstract

To investigate epidemic of brucellosis of livestock in Guizhou,1606 samples with 706 of cattle serum,180 of goat serum and 720 of swine serum are detected by using agglutination test.There are 7 masculine in cattle serum samples,2 masculine in goat serum samples and 3 masculine in swine serum samples with positive rate of 0.99%(7/706),1.11%(2/180) and 0.42%(3/720) respectively.The result indicates that the livestock might be infected by brucellosis in areas of Guizhou.
