Abstract
This report describes the post-implementation evaluation plan for the Yosemite Area Traveler Information (YATI) system. The evaluation plan measures the following goals for YATI: reduce traffic congestion enhance mobility, and preserve/promote tourism in the Yosemite National Park area. It also describes an institutional evaluation and a system performance evaluation.
