The objective of this report is to provide a detailed description of the methodologies and results of the TAC data collection efforts of Phase 2 of the Two-Lane Highway Capacity and Level of Service Research Project. This supplement is divided into three major sections, dealing with the collection of the traffic operational data, the collection of the driver perception data and presenting (on a site- by-site basis), the results of the HCM analysis, respectively. Note that a detailed description of the 43 data collection sites is contained in Technical Supplement 1 - Data Collection Sites. (See IRRD 807961).
