This is a collection of selected, peer reviewed papers from the 2013 China Academic Conference on Food Packaging, November 23-25, 2013, Tianjin, China. The 100 papers are grouped as follows: Chapter 1: Functional Food Packaging Materials Technology; Chapter 2: Food Packaging Design; Chapter 3: Packaging Decoration Printing; Chapter 4: New Process and New Machinery in Food Packaging; Chapter 5: Food Packaging Safety Detection; and, Chapter 6: Food Packaging Logistics Management and Traceability Technology.
