Abstract
This Supplement is intended to assist those required to plan and design new pavements for lightly trafficked situations. It is a Supplement to the Austroads publication Pavement Design - A Guide to the Structural Design of Road Pavements (record no. 0408AR219E). This Supplement together with the Guide supersedes Austroads publication A Guide to the Design of New Pavements for Light Traffic The Supplement covers the assessment of input parameters needed for design, design methods for flexible and rigid pavements, example design charts for lightly trafficked roads and gives guidance on the economic comparison of alternative pavement designs.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
